We are a Better Business Bureau Accredited Charity. As a 501(c)(3) nonprofit Virginia corporation, all gifts to the Virginia College Fund are deductible for federal and state tax purposes. Of the funds collected, 75 percent are divided equally among the participating member institutions and 25 percent are apportioned according to full-time undergraduate enrollment. An independent certified audit, available upon request, is prepared annually and is available at anytime for your examination. 100% of all donated funds are given to the member schools.
